We represent clients before the Spanish civil and administrative courts, in connection with our two practices.
Intellectual property
We enforce trademarks and designs before the Spanish courts and the General Court of the European Union, following on from proceedings before the Spanish PTO and the EUIPO.
Complex disputes
We assist and represent clients in civil and administrative litigation, including appeals and complex disputes. We also act as experts on Spanish law before foreign courts, such as those of England and Jersey.
